Parkplace Cedar (pictured), owned by Jane Del Missieur jumped a brilliant double clear in his second novice yesterday for Kathryn, finishing in the top 10. He was great in all phases and has come on so much since the start of the season.
Belle Noir was the best placed of Gio’s rides, taking the runner-up spot in a novice with a dressage score completion. Pokerface and Headley’s Deluxe were also double clear in the intermediate, Pokerface finishing in fourth and Headley’s Deluxe going steady around the cross country.
Since then, the team has said goodbye to Cloud K who has been with them from a five-year-old. Kathryn started him at BE100 and he quickly went up the grades to 4*, taking Giovanni around Nations Cups and Boekelo. Sophie Hodgson will now enjoy him.
