Duke of Champion added just 0.4 of a cross country time penalty to his 27.5 dressage score for 3rd place in a novice section at Aston.
Calling Card (ridden by Gio) and Suttogo Georg (ridden by Kathryn) both picked up 20 jumping penalties across country, while the Rio bound Oplitas did not run across country in the Advanced.
Both Gio and Kathryn are travelling reserves for the Olympic Games.
