Belton Park

Gio had Saetta in the novice and Tiko in the CIC3*, where Kathryn was also riding Bee, as well as running Cooley in the CIC2*.

Saetta was quite fresh in the dressage to score a 34, then show jumped really well but had an unlucky rail down before jumping a fantastic cross country round.

Tiko was in great form all weekend…. He did for him a great test to score 50, jumped a classy clear show jumping, and was giving Gio a fabulous ride across country until the coffin – the distance in between the B and C element was much too short for him and we fell….. Never mind, we are both OK and ready to fight another day.

Cooley was quite full of himself in the dressage to score a 55. He jumped really well in the show jumping but somehow managed to have 3 fences down but was a machine cross country. His next outing will be Withington Advanced.

Bee was the super star of the weekend! After a good test, scoring a 51, he jumped a great double clear to finish 21st out of more than 100 starters.
