After enjoying the Portuguese sunshine, Gio and Kathryn’s UK season kicked off at Swalcliffe.
Gio was riding Pro Joe and Contessa V, the pair taking home a 7th place apiece after jumping double clears round the BE100 track.
Calling Card was the star of the day, winning a BE100 under Kathryn on a smart 21.5 dressage score. Both Suttogo Georg and Duke of Champion had a rail down but beat the clock home with lovely cross country clears.
