The weather wasn’t great and the novice cross country course was challenging, but Gio and Kathryn had good runs with Headleys Deluxe, Headleys Decoy, Stonehavens Karaba and Big Freckles.
Stonehavens Karaba picked up a rosette for Gio, but star of the yard was Big Freckles who added just a few cross country time penalties to his 30.8 dressage score to finish 6th in his section.
