The team were delighted to find such great ground at Upton House – despite the heatwave the going was excellent, a credit to the organising team.
Gio was riding both Duke of Champion and Pro Joe. Duke of Champion jumped a steady double clear in the open intermediate, while Pro Joe just had a rail in the showjumping in the open novice. It was his first run this year, and he was pleased to be out.
